I have never had a better experience when buying a new car. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. We stopped in at Gerald Kia of North Aurora to look for a car for Kathy (my wife). I had done some preliminary research on the Kia Ecco model before our visit. I decided to surprise Kathy and lease the Kia Ecco so it would be sitting in the driveway upon her return from her trip. Both Tom and Randy provided exceptional customer service and within a week I ordered and completed all the paperwork. The experience at Gerald Kia was wonderful. My father and I were primarily there for the service department and to just look around, and ended up spotting some very nice priced used cars.
