Do not purchase a make other than Nissan from them as a used car. They will not service it properly. Brought my Acura in for warranty work on Nov 16th. Service mgr actually said "not sure what she wants used car. They will not service it properly. Brought my Acura in for warranty work on Nov 16th. Service mgr actually said "not sure what she wants us to do with it, we don't fix those". Well I was assured when I purchased the car there that they would take care of all maintenance. Was told they would "order some parts" and get back to me. Well it's been 2 months. Haven't heard a thing. Fixed some things myself and took it in for service elsewhere in the meantime. Very disappointing. More

WOW After reading these reviews about Mgr Sean K I thought I was the only one! Had about the same negative experience but over in North Aurora Kia 2 years ago. Howard was recommend to me by a neighborand she was right. I was interested in a 2019 Murano, Howard took me out to drive and explained everything to me but then I saw another car that was less money and took I was interested in a 2019 Murano, Howard took me out to drive and explained everything to me but then I saw another car that was less money and took that one for a ride and thought it was ok . So I proceeded to purchase that car and Howard explained it all and I did the financial part then took it home. The next day Howard called to see how things were going. I was so depressed with this car and Howard told me to bring it back in. So I returned and between Howard and Chris they made that process seem simple and never complained about the extra paperwork in purchasing the Murano I originally wanted. Then finised off the process with William in finance, which was a delight, a real personal person. Rode off into the wind and really love my 2019 Murano. I would seriously recommed Howard to anyone and everyone. Gerald Nissan is at the top of my list. More

They are not ready to quote the prices for the model we asked and forcing us to do test drive for all the cars without giving approximate cos deals.
