Super easy experience I just leased a new Nissan Rogue with Gerald Nissan. Howard Krick was great and fabulous to work with. My old car had died and I live in the city - I just leased a new Nissan Rogue with Gerald Nissan. Howard Krick was great and fabulous to work with. My old car had died and I live in the city - I'd visited one of the city Nissan Dealers but they didn't have as much inventory to choose from. I called Gerald and found out that they had a lot of different vehicles to look at, but I wasn't sure how I could get out there to look at them. Howard was a problem solver - he said I could easily take the Metra and he'd pick me up at the station - sent me specific instructions on what stop to get off at and was there waiting for me. Worked out perfectly and I drove my new car home! First class service all around! More

I went there with my husband just to 'look' at Nissan Armadas and had a wonderful salesman, Howard Krick, help us. He was so friendly and nice, not pushy at all; I knew I wanted to buy from him. We were treated wonderful by all of the salesman, managers, and the finance guy! The next day after we bought we realized the Armada had a couple scratches on the back bumper and we called them, they told us to bring it back and they would fix it with no problem! It's really refreshing to have such a great experience at a car dealership! More

My son was buying his first car, a Nissan Juke, and had lots of questions that were professionally and kindly handled by Howard. We looked at the 2014 Rogues and Juke available and found a great car - a 2014 Juke. The other salesgal tried to persuade my son to buy a new 2015 Versa of which my son had no interest-she wasn't even listening to what his needs were of the car - being a young Marine he needed a car that could pack gear cross country. I wish there was a better pricing that was worked through for being military and also new college graduate, but this dealership did not give better pricing than listing even though car had only 2950 miles on it-that was very disappointing. Howard Krick however was patient, gave more suitable option and really listened to what we had to say. He tried to get us a better deal. His followup and courtesy was FANTASTIC! At this point not sure I would recommend this dealership due to their lack of incentives for military and new graduate-they could have done better, but I give a two thumps up and a 10+ to Howard. He is worth the visit to this Nissan. Thanks Howard - very happy with the 2014 Nissan Juke!! More
