Dear Mr. Sullivan, Im sorry to have heard about your experience at our store, our goal is to sell cars and create happy customers for life. When we are dealing with a customer with a possible credit issue we are at the banks mercy as to what we can offer the customer, the banks structure the deals based on credit scores ,income and down payment etc. Nissan Acceptance in our case gave us this stucture and obviously was not to your satisfaction. Sometimes other dealers will SPOT a car hopeing that they will be able to secure financing only to find out that they cant fufill that obligation and need to either raise the rate, term or require a larger down payment or get a co-signer or worse yet take the car back. At Gerald we always try to get a pre approval before the customer leaves our stores.

I did not make that statement. Again, the experience does not change. My wife and I had the exact same issue pertaining to credit score and the loss of the house. Thomas got passed it. Please give them a call as I cannot speak to how they achieved the deal, but they did. They used vouchers and things they had in their tool kit. Thanks, Paul
