Dave was great. He did not use high pressure tactics. He was very knowledgeable about the Cube I purchased. I looked at a used Cube and a couple of Subaru's about a month before I purchased my new Cube. I h was very knowledgeable about the Cube I purchased. I told Dave when I first looked at the Cube that when I decided to commit to purchasing one that I would come back to him. I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, but I must say that this was my most enjoyable experience. He remembered me and what I did, which is photography, when I stopped back in to get the Cube. I had found a used Cube from another dealer and he was able to get me a deal on a new one for just a few thousand more. We joked back and forth during the purchase. It felt as though he was like a brother. He was even willing to come in on his day off to accommodate some special needs I had during the purchase. Not many people are that accommodating these days. I also dealt with Rene the sales manager and had a pleasant experience wtih him. Dave has checked back with me a few times since the purchase to make sure everything is ok and if I have any questions or concerns. I had my last car for 15 years and hope to have my Cube that long, but if not and need another car Dave will be the one I come back to to get it. More
