Very terrible experience with the dealership. Purchased a Nissan Rouge from them around four weeks ago. While purchasing the vehicle with the salesperson and their on-duty sales manger we came Purchased a Nissan Rouge from them around four weeks ago. While purchasing the vehicle with the salesperson and their on-duty sales manger we came to an agreement and which I signed. Shortly after they passed me on to their Finance Manager, Mo who finalized the documents but added an additional $3K to the financing without notifying me. He refused to provide the sales documents until I picked up the car a week later otherwise this would have been caught right there. Once he finally provided half of the sales documents, I caught his error and tried getting in contact with him to have it corrected. I then contacted Mo, their General Manager, Luke, and New Car Sales Manager, Bob for assistance. Each of them have ignored multiple emails letting them know of this error. Be very careful when you shop with them. They will pull dirty practices on you. More

More specifically, I applied for Costco Pricing on a certain model online and she almost immediately got in touch with me. I found out later she's an expert on the Costco program and other similar online programs. I set an appointment with her the next day to come in and look at various models the dealership had in their inventory. After several hours, I found a model I really liked and was able to come to a deal that was a win-win for both myself and the dealership. Two days later I came in to complete the transaction which also went smooth with an entire staff of nice and dedicated professionals working at the North Aurora, IL Gerald Nissan Dealership.
