We had an overall very good experience when buying our new Altima. Abdou was very knowledgable and informative regarding all aspects of the new 2013 Nissan Altima. He was very pleasant and accommodating in getting us set up with our new vehicle, ie; setting blue tooth, programming radio stations, making sure we knew what every 'bell and whistle' is used for on the car. Abdou was also very encouraging to us to call or stop by anytime if we had any further questions or concerns. We would definately recommend Abdou to anyone who is looking to purchase a Nissan. More

Karan was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his hardwork, dedication, and patience. The dealership was closing for the day but he still took his time with us. We came into the dealership undecisive, but pretty much set on another car. Ahmed gave us clear options with the price required in order to procure the car immediately. I was quite impressed with this dealership. The owner came outside when I arrived, introduced himself, shook my hand and promised to work with me in getting what I wanted. The dealership was very clean and professionally run. My salesperson didn't try to persuade me to buy the most expensive car but listened to what I wanted and presented the best options for me. The followup has been exemplary as well. I have received numerous calls to make sure I didn't have any questions and that there were no problems with my new car. More

When I came to your dealership I was not even sure if I would be able to get financed. I explained that to Jason and the first thing he had me do was complete the credit application to see what he could do would be able to get financed. I explained that to Jason and the first thing he had me do was complete the credit application to see what he could do for me. I knew he was taking a chance on me because my credit was less than perfect. He treated me with kindness and respect and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. We looked at the cars that I was able to finance and fell in love with the Murano. We took it for a test drive and I knew that was the car that I wanted. He came back with a great price and then I spoke with the finance manager and got the paperwork started. Jason made sure the care was washed for me while the paperwork was being done. It is always the paperwork that takes the longest and by now it was all ready late. We were there till after 10:30 pm and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. Because it was late Jason made sure we set up a time for the next day for me to come back in so he could go over all the features on the car. I came back the next day and he took the time to show me all the features and even synced my phone to the car for me. He also told me about the free car washes and when the best time was to come in. I also received an email on how to register my car so I will know my my car needs to be serviced. Thank you for making this an enjoyable purchase More
