About a month ago, I bought my 4th car from Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. I'm now the proud owner of a gorgeous blue Maxima -- my second Max. I love the car! Gino was wonderful to deal with. For the first time in 50 years of buying a car,I finally had a no hassel buying expeariance with mr. Dave Webb (a cool guy). He treated the wife and me as if we were family. We visited to test drive a new Juke and new Rouge. We ended up deciding on a 2011 certified Juke. We dealt with internet manager Kathy Wong originally. We did not feel overly pressured by high pressure sales tactics like we have experienced at other dealers. The prices are not exceptional deals but they were fair on the internet price for our Juke and fair on trade value. Sales manager Rene Peyton was also very nice & helpful. Overall we were satisied with our experience. We love our new Juke! More

I can not say enough great things about how Gerald Nissan helped us after a problem at another Nissan dealership. They worked hard to fix our problem as a team and you could see they wanted us to be happy with the Nissan name. I have to rate the price good because of the overall situation, BUT Gerald did the best they could for us and it is so great. Even 2 hours after closing Karan still took the time when all the paperwork was signed to show us the way things worked in the car and help both myself and husband set up our bluetooth...at 11PM...Just fantastic and I feel part of there Nissan Family and know I will lease or buy from them over and over with this quality of service.
