I bought my car from Mr Escareno months ago and I love it. Came in for service and I was taken care of by Lynn checked me in without and appointed and even accepted a coupon I had. Basic service is always good when you get in and out quickly and so I was happy to be finished in time to get some McDonald's as I left. I didn't realize that I was taken care of by the service manager Lynn, she is so customer friendly, not like some places you go and you have to be friends of the owner to get service. I'm sticking with Lynn and her mechanics. Thanks again Great place. Buy your next car here and see Lynn in service. More

I came in for an oil change and used a coupon listed on their website. The service advisor Paul then try’s charging me the original price when checking out. I show him the code, which he seemed to be annoy their website. The service advisor Paul then try’s charging me the original price when checking out. I show him the code, which he seemed to be annoyed by. He then discounts the oil change but it’s still $5 more than what was advertised. Paul seemed irritated I questioned this again so I just agreed and let it go. I know it’s only $5, but I expect a more professional service. There is no excuse for seeming annoyed when I ask about an advertised special. More
