Terrible service and non stop mistakes. We went to lease a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a month he offered, they switched the car on us to one that was worth 8k less. Then the next day- the car wouldn’t start (brand new vehicle with 40 miles). They did the right thing and replaced vehicle with one that was closer to the vehicle we had agreed on (yet they still did the bait and switch). The manager told me they had a no return policy which is the opposite of state law and the ICC rules which allows 3 days. Now we have two bills as the dealership never marked the first car as returned. When we called Nissan they told us it was our responsibility to make contact with the manager and have the status changed due to their screw up. Of course- we don’t get a call back from the dealership. Complaint file with the ICC and fraud reported on the credit report now. Would never go to any Gerald dealership ever. We will stick with our normal dealerships who we trustZ More
