Long story short after i told them that diagnosis was wrong the manager (tom) said to let them fix it for 425$ & if it doesn't help we'll go from there. Never guaranteeing me anything. #Waist & poor customer service. More

The first time we went, we met with Erik Johnson and he was very helpful and exactly what my friend needed. We moved on to other dealerships. We couldn't remember his name when we went back, but the others at the dealership were only too happy to help us find him. Even though my friend was clearly anxious, Erik treated him with a kindness and compassion I honestly wouldn't have expected.
