Quick and easy! I had a great experience at Gerald Subaru. Walked in and was immediately helped. Had submitted some online inquiries ahead of time so they already kne I had a great experience at Gerald Subaru. Walked in and was immediately helped. The car I wanted was under a test drive with someone else but I was able to test drive the next closest model so as to not waste any time. The second my car was available, we had the keys to look at it. I was never pushed to look at anything I wasn't interested in just for the sake of a sale. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. One employee we weren't even working with helped us warm up a bottle as we were shopping with a 5 month old (why "quick" was so important to me). Once I was happy with my choice, they got me down to my preferred payment and through the paperwork as soon as possible. After everything was done, Leo helped set up my phone to the car and show me the basics of the features but didn't overwhelm me with information. Overall, the dealership was beautiful and clean and the people were wonderful to work with. More
