Lowballed by thousands on trade in, high balled on a new one BS from the moment i walked in with some junior snot speaking through messages with his manager. Low-balled my car by nearly 2000 bucks despite the fa BS from the moment i walked in with some junior snot speaking through messages with his manager. Low-balled my car by nearly 2000 bucks despite the fair KBB results (AND ANOTHER DEALER PAYING THAT WITH NO ISSUE) and the trying to ask the grand prize for a new Outback, 2500 bucks higher than what the other dealer charged. Ipso facto a complete waste of time and these guys were not in good faith nor trustworthy. More

Great customer service... long wait I worked with John Rose to but my first car and he was great. Very knowledgeable and kind, not pushy!
