We came in at 8:20 pm and just wanted to negotiate on a car we saw online. Jesse was finishing up with a customer but told us he would be right with us. Less than 5mins he came back and we talked shop. We were very happy that this dealership honored the online price, and wanted to work with our budget, unlike North Aurora. We were not expecting to walk out with our new car but because of how professional, friendly, helpful Jesse was we ended up doing just that. It ended up being a very late night because there were 3 other people in front of us to talk to with Anthony the finance manager. I was 28weeks pregnant at this time and Jesse made a point to make sure that I was comfortable, with getting me water and snacks. He went above and beyond that of a normal sales man. My husband and I felt so grateful to have him as our sales man, he was not pushy, wanted to work with our price point and only wanted to make sure we were happy. I feel that this kind of a sales man is far and few between in this day in age. Anthony noticed I was pregnant and at about 9:30 pm had Jesse ask if we wanted to take the car home and come back tomorrow to finalize the sale. It was great to be given this option and I feel most please would not even offer this. One neighbor led us through the process (as he has done for several others) and the other neighbor recommended we contact Abid Khan whom they very much appreciated as their salesperson for their recent Forester purchase. When I called Abid he arranged a 1.5 hr test drive on short notice and patiently addressed my many concerns/questions. He's obviously a skilled/seasoned salesperson, and we very much liked his courteous/helpful/no pressure/service-oriented manner. During the negotiations, Abid explained package options, researched/answered all questions, negotiated skillfully (and with transparency) and courteously guided my wife and me through the process. And what a pleasant surprise to find this same spirit expressed by Anthony Mazany! (Past auto purchase closings with the Business Manager typically included dreaded stiff arm/high pressure tactics.) But not so with Anthony!! Once we realized this closing was going to be different, we actually enjoyed our helpful, candid and helpful time with him as he whirled through the paperwork and graciously handled my embarrassment at bringing the wrong checkbook. In closing, I add thanks to Anna Smith (internet sales) who provided timely, supportive and friendly responses whenever I called or inquired through the web.
