Went to Gerald to test drive a Soul and perhaps lease one. When I called I got Clifton on the phone. We arranged for a test drive the next day. It was not the color i wanted nir the manual transmission I wanted. They hunted one down for me right away and arranged to have it brought over. It arrived later that day. Clifton was a pleasure to work with, a breath of fresh air from the usual pushy car sales person. He let us know right away he was fairly new and had not written up a lease before. We walked through the process together. He was interesting and friendly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. After the usual back and forth with finance we got the car we wanted and love it. Sales manager, Sean, stepped in and helped out with a few questions which were answered and taken care if to our satisfaction. We picked the car up the next day. Clifton was waiting for us and we were able to go over everything and drive away happy. More
