Before leaving the manager stopped by for a minute or two to say hello. Jennifer knew we were leaning towards a convertible but wanted to look at a Crosstrek because our son was so happy with his. Took a test drive, car was awesome, every tech gadget imaginable. Jennifer took time to explain the features and thoroughly went over everything. We did end up finding a convertible.
