Ask for Quinton Carlson!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, h experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, he realized that they were actually on the other Gerald Subaru lot. I explained that I needed to see all 3 cars in person to really be able to make the decision, and though I wanted to work with Quinton, I had to do that I needed to do and I was going to go to the other lot. Instead of just letting me go, Quinton went out of his way to ask a manager for permission and drove 25 minutes to to the other lot, show me the cars, and then drove back 25 minutes with the vehicle I liked the most. Keep in mind, I could have very well not bought a car, so he went out of his way to spend time going back and forth to another dealership so I could still work with Naperville (where I wanted to buy a car originally) instead of using his time to get the next customer who walked in! He then was very patient with me when after test driving I explained I didn't want to come in to buy a car until the next day so I could have a night to sleep on the decision. He helped me bring the price down and was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Quinton Carlson at Subaru Naperville 100 times over! Nothing about my experience left a pit in my stomach or with buyer's remorse like my previous car purchase at another dealership had left me with. Highly recommend! More

On Monday, November 30, 2020, I was in the process of purchasing a new non-Subaru vehicle. I had previously obtained numerous offers from Dealerships, used car lots, and on-line services, for my very wel purchasing a new non-Subaru vehicle. I had previously obtained numerous offers from Dealerships, used car lots, and on-line services, for my very well maintained 2019 Subaru Forester Touring Model. I knew what I could realistically receive for a trade-in and/or outright purchase for my Subaru. I stopped in at Gerald Subaru of Naperville, located at 2379 Aurora Ave. Naperville, IL 60540 and was promptly greeted by Michael “Mike” O’Brien, a Sales Consultant. After a brief discussion as to the purpose of my visit, in which I informed Mike that I was just interested in selling my Subaru and would not be making a purchase. Mike obtained basic information regarding my Subaru. While my vehicle was being appraised by their staff, Mike and I sat in his office and had a relaxed social conversation. Within ten minutes, I was informed of their offer, which was comparable to other Dealer’s offers. I advised Mike that I had an on-line offer for $1,700.00, more than their offer. I provided Mike with written documentation of that price, which he took to the powers to be. Within in a few minutes, he came back and advised that they would match the on-line price, which would be good for a week (not positive if it was exactly a week). I thanked him and advised him that I would return, if I couldn’t make a similar deal, when I purchased the new vehicle. He reminded me, that their price would still be available. The entire process took less than thirty minutes! I ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different Dealership, due to Gerald Auto Group not selling that line. The other Dealership does not sell the Subaru brand and would not match on-line price for my Subaru. I then returned to Gerald Subaru and met Mike in his office, I informed him that I would like to take him up on his offer. The process went smoothly and once again I was out the door in a short period of time, without my Subaru and the previous agreed upon amount. I would strongly recommend that anyone interested in making a purchase and/or sale of a vehicle to contact Michael “Mike” O’Brien. Working with Mike was easy, comfortable, and not intimidating. Mike was very knowledgeable in regard to the process of purchasing my vehicle and everything went smoothly. He definitely does not fit the negative image of a “Car Salesman”! If Gerald Autos had the line of vehicle that I was interested in purchasing, I would definitely have had purchase it from them!
