I just wrote a review on any other BMW site, but honestly, Oscar Matamoros gave me exceptional and personalized service, which accounts for the high ranking! As I am new to Naples and at a 30 minute drive from the dealership, Oscar was kind enough to pick me up when I purchased the X3 so that I would not need to leave my rental vehicle on the BMW lot. He also drove me to Mercato today so that I could wait out the application of armor coat..and he brought the car to me there when the work was completed! This exceptional service should be recognized and rewarded! Thank you Oscar!!! More

Sounds unusual, but I purchased (leased) three BMW’s in 2021. One from Northern dealer, two from Kevin Higgins at Germain. He is outstanding.
