While we continue to be extremely frustrated and disappointed with the extensive reliability problems of our 2024 BMW X5 hybrid which has less than 15,000 miles on it I must sing high praises for ou disappointed with the extensive reliability problems of our 2024 BMW X5 hybrid which has less than 15,000 miles on it I must sing high praises for our service advisor. Charles Griffith at Germain BMW, as he always listens is very attentive and gets items with the car addressed in a timely fashion. While the overall. product and it’s reliability and continued problems, continues to be very frustrating and unacceptable at this price point and with the BMW name Charles Griffith continues to always exceed expectations and perform at an extremely high level, disappointing that the product itself cannot exceed expectations and perform at a level higher than expectation consistently as Mr. Griffith does More
