My first experience with Germain BMW’s service side could not have been any better than by having Adrian Pena as my advisor. I “dropped in” at noon on a Friday with display warnings flashing, but Adrian quic not have been any better than by having Adrian Pena as my advisor. I “dropped in” at noon on a Friday with display warnings flashing, but Adrian quickly paid attention to my concerns, had the issue diagnosed & repairs scheduled, got me going with a courtesy vehicle, and even had a colleague (THANKS, Lauren!) deliver my repaired BMW to my home the next day. Superb service and customer awareness! Sales is a one time event. Service excellence brings customers back for additional sales opportunities. Way to go, Adrian & Lauren. More
