Had a bubbling issue with my leather dashboard on a BMW 640i Convertible and Germain BMW in Naples took care of the problem immediately. Provided a free loaner while the dashboard was being replaced. My 2016 228i needed a new thermostat.. Rhoel Gray worked with my 3rd party warranty company and got them to pay for a large portion of the bill. Rhoel always goes the extra mile. Friends are always encourag with my 3rd party warranty company and got them to pay for a large portion of the bill. Rhoel always goes the extra mile. Friends are always encouraging me to take my car to their mechanic telling me it would be less expensive. I just don’t see it that way. Peace of mind is worth a few extra dollars.
