Brad was very helpful and thorough. I bought a used Jeep from Brad. I realize this isn't a vehicle he is intimately familiar with as it isn't a regular brand with his dealership. He was very thorough and responsive through a series of emails to the end result of me driving my new Jeep home. And since I drove home an "eep" instead of a "Jeep" he had the new emblem on order before I even left the dealership and I had the letters two days later in the color of my choice! Great Experience We live in Cincinnati but drove to Columbus to look at the used car we were interested in. From the start I knew there was something special about th We live in Cincinnati but drove to Columbus to look at the used car we were interested in. From the start I knew there was something special about the dealership. I called to get some additional information about the vehicle and also to make sure it was still available. The salesman, Adam Gentry was most helpful actually offered to take a video and send to me if needed. The most impressive thing about our initial conversation was his openness about the car being previously owned by a smoker and that there was still a hint of that odor that people who had driven the car had commented on. Since I don't smoke that is an issue for me. Adam didn't want me to make the drive without knowing that fact. Decided to make the drive as the car fit all other criteria we were looking for. The car was exactly as described and explained. We took a test drive with Adam (not a short one either) and decided that the smoke smell was something we felt we could (and did) eliminate. While I'm never a fan of negotiating prices with any car dealership this one was fairly simple and we NEVER felt any pressure. Overall the process was very easy and I would highly encourage anyone looking to purchase any vehicle to visit the dealership and I would also encourage you to ask for Adam Gentry who was more than helpful and extremely open and honest. Ryan Austin was the finance guy who processed all our paperwork and was also very pleasant to work with. More
