He was knowledgeable , answering every question I had for him. He made sure I was aware of all the features and he demonstrated how to use them. This was very helpful and appreciated while trying to decide if this was the truck I wanted to buy. Big decision!! This truck only required side steps and a bed mat to be my perfect truck. Drake took care of arranging to have those items ordered and installed, keeping me informed along the way. I will be recommending Germain Ford of Beavercreek and Drake Haley to my friends and family. Great Experience I was driving home from school (Virginia to Illinois) and was having car trouble. My dad called Germain Ford Service department and told them the prob I was driving home from school (Virginia to Illinois) and was having car trouble. My dad called Germain Ford Service department and told them the problems I was having. Right when I showed up, they took a look at my vehicle and started working on it. They even gave me a ride in a company vehicle to a local Advanced Auto Parts so that I could exchange the bad part for a new one. TJ and his main mechanic fixed my car in about 45 minutes and were really genuine guys. They talked with me and showed me what they were doing while they were fixing it. On top of all that, they did it all free of charge. They definitely blessed my day and my family was very grateful for them. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. :) More
