I requested a test drive of a Ford Fusion Hybrid online 20 minutes before I arrived at Beavercreek Ford and Mark had it warming up at the front door by the time I got there. When I went to purchase the car the dealership had the VIN number swapped with another Fusion but Mark was able to resolve the issue very quickly and professionally in addition to contacting me even when he was off of work on a Friday night. When I came back Saturday morning to sign the paperwork Mark had everything corrected, the car detailed, filled up and ready to go for me. If you need a car go see Mark Lee at Germain Ford! THE BEST PERSONALIZED SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED-PERIOD I had to come from over an hour away because Germain was the only Ford dealership that had the truck I wanted. I was lucky enough to get Mark Lee on the phone when I called. I explained to him that needed to work out my trade and a good price before I was willing to make the drive. I also explained to him that I had friends coming in from out of town and had to be back home by 5 PM. With a cheer in his voice he said no problem. It only took and few minutes fr him to get back to me and I left my house at 11;30 AM. Remembering that my time was important, Mark arranged to get all of my information over the phone on my drive up and when I arrived, all there was to do was to drive the vehicle and sign a few papers with Travis (who was also spectacular, personable, and quick!). I was on the road in my new truck heading home by 2 o'clock! and most of the time spent was me cleaning all of my junk out of my trade. If you are looking for truly above and beyond service and price, do yourself a favor and see Mark at Germain. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Thank you Mark and Travis!!! More

He was quite the host by offering coffee, hot chocolate or water; it was kind of cold out. I didn’t want to drive off the lot that night, so we agreed on a time the next day. Who showed up on his day off? Joe! We went over the nuances of the Edge; and told me to take time to learn the functions over the weekend. When I bring the car back for the optional work on Monday, he asked me to look him up. I definitely will! More
