Excellent Purchase Experience When I pulled on the to Germain Ford lot I was immediately greeted by Jimmy Madsalee. Jimmy offered to help me in any way he could, and I told him I w When I pulled on the to Germain Ford lot I was immediately greeted by Jimmy Madsalee. Jimmy offered to help me in any way he could, and I told him I was shopping for a new Mustang GT. He showed me the two cars in which I was interested and I asked him if he could get my trade-in appraised. He quickly took care of that and I chose the car I wanted purchase. Jimmy talked to his sales manager, Andrew Estle, about a deal and very quickly presented me with a written quote. I couldn't accept the price and Jimmy went back to Andrew, who quickly returned with a revised deal. That was a deal I could accept, so I told Jimmy I would take the car. Jimmy had the car ready for me on the day and time he promised. Signing the paperwork was a quick and painless process. Everyone involved did a great job. After the sale, Jimmy followed up with me to make sure everything was OK with the car and to answer any question I might have. I did have a question about the SYNC system and Jimmy helped me get my cell phone connected and operational. Great dealership, with great people! More
