I just worked with John Carl and Scott Link on the (attempted) purchase of a new car. Another dealer ended up having the exact vehicle I needed, so we weren't able to make a deal work. When we went to Germain Ford last month we were desperate. We had bought a 2003 Ford Crown Vic from another company closer to home the year before and the car turned out to be a real money pit. We spoke with dealer Zack Manning and told him about our problem and our need for a working vehicle. Zack turned out to be a lifesaver because not only did he give us a great trade-in value for the Vic he also gave us a sweet deal on a 2005 Ford Taurus wagon. We truly appreciate Zack's help, but more importantly, we appreciate him putting customer service over commission. Because of Zack, Germain Ford will be our first stop for car shopping. More

Ryan did a great job, he was responsive, quick, and honest. I typically don't enjoy buying a new car as I am apprehensive about the experience; Ryan made the whole thing very easy and was honest about honest. I bought a Ford Fiesta, but I qualified for a much pricier vehicle, Ryan never once tried to push me in another direction working with me on finding the right vehicle, taking his day off to make a call to have it delivered and then following up with me. Also, at the time of pick up he made the process easy and ran me through the basics of the car. Great experience all around! More
