They were available to take her, "Wiskers" (my vehicles name) immediately. I had an oil change done elsewhere and was told there was a leak, but they weren't sure from where. So I asked Germain to investigate this and stated I needed Wiskers safe for me especially since winter was coming. The were efficient and helpful, keeping her overnight and got the job done well. Corrected an air conditioning issue and discovered she needed her brakes flushed and new fluid added. She runs wonderfully! I appreciate the kind way I was spoken to and the way information was explained to me. Thank you. More
