If I have a major repair that needs to be done he offers up a rental for me to use so I can get to work and not take personnel time off. That is so important to me and he is such a professional. Jason was extremely courteous and responsive through the whole sales process. He provided all information that I asked regarding the car history and maintenance status, and was very flexible about the test whole sales process. The sales negotiation went smoothly and I was treated well during this process. The only downside in my experience was that the loan rate was higher than expected and I didn't find out until well into the process. If I had known going in what the rate was, I would have gone with a different source. But the difference was not so great that I wanted to back out and start over again in a couple days time, I just wanted to close the deal at that point. Probably the dealer designs this into the process but it's not good from the customer perspective. More

I have to get another car this fall, and knowing this type of service exists, is a differentiator that will have me coming into the dealership to see if there is a vehicle that fits our needs. More
