Your Quick Oil Change and Quick Oil Change + Rotation is great. I don't have a make an appointment; it's done in usually 20 minutes; and the price is fair, especially using the coupons. I originally didn't get my oil changed at the dealership, but after a recommendation from another customer, I've been getting it done for a few years regularly at the dealership. I have to get another car this fall, and knowing this type of service exists, is a differentiator that will have me coming into the dealership to see if there is a vehicle that fits our needs. More

I had to get another Honda from the place that has brought me 13 years of super service, caring and friendly employees, and flexible pricing. I was treated like a celebrity. Jason Brinkman and Jim Weasel were FANTASTIC in getting me exactly what I wanted at the BEST price. I would definitely recommend/refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Last Saturday June 29 we visited the new Germain Honda Dealer. When we were on the lot we never experienced people coming out to bug you. There were three sales consultants over the course of the week we tied out and all were excellent and helpful. I liked the atmosphere of the dealer and never once felt pressured to do anything. It was the first time visiting a dealer where I can say it was an enjoyable experienced. I would recommend this dealer if someone was looking to purchase a new car. More
Jason played our lead host, but everyone he introduced us to was pleasant, appreciative of our visit and knowledgeable about what they did. I am not easy to get a hold of and he was excellent with follow up and leaving detailed messages. Everything I asked for, he tracked down. Additionally, the dealership is spacious, bright and airy - very nice to do business at. Once we came to an agreement, everyone involved made sure that their part of the transaction was completed in a timely fashion. More

Joel Rosentreter, Internet Sales Manager, had Emailed me on June 28 in response to my request for a price quote on a used vehicle. After that initial response, I sent 3 email replies to Joel that were not answered. I then called Joel to set up a test drive of the quoted vehicle. He agreed to the day and time. When I arrived, he was not available. When I asked to see the used car salesperson that Joel said would help me, no one knew of that agreement, nor were there any used other car salespeople available. A new car salesperson could not locate the car I was to test drive. After 15 minutes, he did find the car. After the test drive, he was not available. I then went to the sales manager, Jim Weasel, and shared my experience. He listened, apologized, and I left. My experiences with this dealership have generally been good in the past, but this was terrible customer service. More
