In the past I worked with Don Durham and Nick Sneed in service -- Honda Pilot, Civic, and CRV. I received what I consider to be world class service from this dealer, and exceptional personal service fro service -- Honda Pilot, Civic, and CRV. My Honda CRV was running strong at 273k miles when it was struck and totaled by a person that ran a stop sign. This dealer rebuilt engines on two of my vehicles to my 100% satisfaction. I believe my CRV would have given me many more years of fly fishing!!! My fish truck is gone! We recently replaced the 1999 CRV with a "certified" used CRV (2010). I negotiated a good price and our salesman, Jason Brinkman, was helpful, communicative, authoritative, and went about completing the transaction in a personable manner that was very comforting. Another salesperson was completing a transaction with a new buyer next to us as well and she was extremely helpful to what appeared to be a first time buyer so I gather that this staff is full of well trained professionals. I am in sales myself and I can recognize top level staff readily. The finance department (we worked with Tony) is very impressive and with professional service at every turn we walked out with the keys in short order having conducted every aspect for the transaction in-house with the exception of a visit to our insurance agent. This shop has recently changed owners and they appear to be conducting their business with a very strong commitment to the community, customers and employees. I am totally comfortable recommending this dealer for sales and service. EXCELLENT! More
I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic Lx from Bob Dymkowski and the team at Germain Honda. The entire team at Germain Honda were excellent to work with, leasing a car was easy and straight forward. I initially looked at Germain Honda upon hearing the recommendation of several friends who recently purchased vehicles from Germain. I went in after seeing a leasing special on there website. I received the deal listed on the website, which beat everyone else by several hundred dollars, with no hidden costs or fees. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and was never asked to tack on any additional features or unnecessary extras. I look forward to working with Germain Honda again when my lease is up in 3 years. More
I lost everything I owned in the May 20th tornado that hit Moore OK, including my beloved cars. As soon as I could I began searching for a replacement Honda s2000 and I found "the one" at Germain of Ann A hit Moore OK, including my beloved cars. As soon as I could I began searching for a replacement Honda s2000 and I found "the one" at Germain of Ann Arbor. I called, and my point of contact was Jason. I told him what happened, that I wanted the car, and I would be flying out to get it ASAP. Jason handled everything needed, from getting the paperwork started, to even making sure I was picked up from the air port and brought to the dealership. When I got to the dealership I found another car that was similar to another one I had lost in the tornado. Jason also helped me finalize a deal on that car as well. He even stayed later one day so the other car could be loaded on the transport truck. Over all, I couldn't have asked for more from Jason and the very friendly and helpful staff at this dealership. Honestly, thanks guys. More
I was in for my annual oil change and inspection. Overall it was fine, and I was pleased that it didn't take very long. If a part is necessary, they promptly call me when it comes in and set up a time for the work which is convenient for my schedule. The Honda Pilot (2011) car was in for an airbag recall, no charge. While there addressed interior, rear-view mirror discoloration issue and determined mirror needs to be replaced. Second issue is the hit no charge. While there addressed interior, rear-view mirror discoloration issue and determined mirror needs to be replaced. Second issue is the hitch cover not fitting tightly, new one being ordered with expectation that, if needed, inquiry will be made as to why the cover isn't fitting more tightly so avoid its slipping out from road vibration. In each and every case, the staff addressing these issues were very courteous and willing to go the extra step to determine the need. Car was washed after service, which is always a nice touch - thanks! More
