The Honda Pilot (2011) car was in for an airbag recall, no charge. While there addressed interior, rear-view mirror discoloration issue and determined mirror needs to be replaced. Second issue is the hitch cover not fitting tightly, new one being ordered with expectation that, if needed, inquiry will be made as to why the cover isn't fitting more tightly so avoid its slipping out from road vibration. In each and every case, the staff addressing these issues were very courteous and willing to go the extra step to determine the need. Car was washed after service, which is always a nice touch - thanks! More

Great experience so far from purchase through first service. Joel and Adam were friendly, accomodating, and great to work with negotiating the purchase, and Don in service was patient and explained th service. I came to get an oil change for my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. I had a $7 off coupon that I had received in the mail, which made the excessive $44 charge more acceptable. I was in and out using the Express Service in 35 minutes, which was good. I also investigated purchasing a Honda Civic. I was looking for a hybrid but was told by Bob Dymkowski that none were available. I test drove a 2012 Honda Civic. After having my Honda Civic Hybrid appraised ($7000, a ridiculously lowball offer), I asked if there was any negotiating room. Bob said maybe a couple hundred dollars. That was unacceptable and I left. I did not feel as though this dealership wanted my business, despite the fact I had purchased two cars there in the past 10 years. More
