Christian was very knowledgeable about the used cars available and was always able to answer my questions. He was attentive, helpful, and efficient during the entire process from test driving to fitting available and was always able to answer my questions. This is our first service visit to Germain for our '12 Accord. Althoug we purchased it here, work constraints have prevented us from returning for service. Late hours on Mon & Thurs are a big help. Saturd Accord. Althoug we purchased it here, work constraints have prevented us from returning for service. Late hours on Mon & Thurs are a big help. Saturday would be better. We like the fact that they don't wrap major service events around third party, non-Honda treatments, flushes and additives. Service work was under quote, on time and our car was returned clean! More

Our service experience at Honda of Ann Arbor today was outstanding. We were in from out-of-town and were driving by the dealership when the engine in our Buick Enclave overheated to the point of the engin outstanding. We were in from out-of-town and were driving by the dealership when the engine in our Buick Enclave overheated to the point of the engine shutting down. We pulled in to see if the Service area could help us get to a Buick Dealer. We received OUTSTANDING service and help from Brad Stegemann and the entire service department. They opened our hood and determined we were extremely low on antifreeze. They found the appropriate anti-freeze and added it to the tank. Meanwhile, Brad found the closest Buick dealer and helped us call them. We then decided that we couldn't drive the car. So Brad helped us find a towing company and offered to drive us to the Buick dealer.In addition, Don Durham called Enterprise to see if they had cars to rent and then called back to see if we would have a drop-off fee if we returned the car in Toledo. We then changed our mind and decided to tow the car back to Toledo. Brad invited us to wait in his waiting room and to keep the key to our car if our ride home arrived before the tow truck. We can not thank Brad and his team enough for all of their help this afternoon. They did not have to help an out-of-town Buick owner. However, their kindness and compassion helped turn a bad situation into a very manageable one. While having a car break down out-of-town is always stressful - we so appreciated Brad and his team taking us under their wing and making sure everything was fine. Brad even checked on us before it was time for him to leave to make sure we were set. We can't thank him enough and will do our best to recommend Brad and Honda of Ann Arbor to anyone that we can. Thanks to the entire service team! More
This was my second visit to the shop for the usual oil change service. Both times I had the pleasure of working with Ric Parsons and both times it was a great experience. I brought in my 09 hybrid for a B 13 check up. Nick was very friendly, listened carefully to a question I had, and gave me the estimate of time and cost. I waited for my car in the always comfortable waiting room (love the coffee and donut holes!). At the promised time, my car was ready. Nick told me that the technician noticed the wipers were tearing, and they were replaced. The car sounded and handled much better as I drove it away. Later, my husband mentioned that he forgot to ask me to have the wipers replaced! Score one for the technician and Nick! More
