So far it seems that Germain has carried on the helpful friendly service of Howard Cooper. I have been a customer for 25 years. I was a bit shocked when I arrived for my Pilot's 75000 mile maintenance, be friendly service of Howard Cooper. I have been a customer for 25 years. I was a bit shocked when I arrived for my Pilot's 75000 mile maintenance, because I was told there was no appointment scheduled for my car for Tuesday, Nov. 13. I had made the appt the week before. Fortunately service was able to do the job. Good thing. I live in Dexter. Not an easy jaunt into Honda...especially when I have to make arrangements to leave the car for several hours. Once they discovered I am eligible for a loaner, I was able to go about my business for the day. I am still reeling from the fact that in addition to the 75000 mile maintenance I had to pay for brakes that needed to be replaced. Got a slight discount for having it done while the car was there. Also grateful that the brakes are checked with this maintenance schedule. Overall, I would say my experience with the service department was good. More

Joel was straight forward with price(best around). He knew exactly what we were looking for and sent all the information I had requested ahead of time. I started my search for a new car on the web; it was time to trade-in my '07 Jeep Compass for safe, reliable transportation. I visited the Germain website, and was a little hesitant to try the "internet" route of contacting the dealer to inquire about the CR-V. But I'm very glad I did. Within 24 hours, I received an email response from Joel Rostentreter (internet sales manager) with quotes for the CR-V, and was responsive to my questions - friendly and helpful, without the pushy sales talk. I was very impressed, and we set up a time within the week to bring in my Jeep for a trade appraisal and test drive the CR-V. I arrived a little early that morning, and was greeted by Adam Milligan, who ultimately handled or coordinated everything related to the trade, the test drive, selection of "my" new car, the delivery, and follow-up phone call day after delivery. Adam was/has been professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly from the test drive to a personal tour of the dealership and service department to ordering accessories after the delivery - he personally installed the all-season floor mats for me. I love my 2013 CR-V LX and I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Joel and Adam at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. I will definitely be back when it's time to look at a new car. More
