So far it seems that Germain has carried on the helpful friendly service of Howard Cooper. I have been a customer for 25 years. I was a bit shocked when I arrived for my Pilot's 75000 mile maintenance, be friendly service of Howard Cooper. I have been a customer for 25 years. I was a bit shocked when I arrived for my Pilot's 75000 mile maintenance, because I was told there was no appointment scheduled for my car for Tuesday, Nov. 13. I had made the appt the week before. Fortunately service was able to do the job. Good thing. I live in Dexter. Not an easy jaunt into Honda...especially when I have to make arrangements to leave the car for several hours. Once they discovered I am eligible for a loaner, I was able to go about my business for the day. I am still reeling from the fact that in addition to the 75000 mile maintenance I had to pay for brakes that needed to be replaced. Got a slight discount for having it done while the car was there. Also grateful that the brakes are checked with this maintenance schedule. Overall, I would say my experience with the service department was good. More
Joel was straight forward with price(best around). He knew exactly what we were looking for and sent all the information I had requested ahead of time. When we arrived at the dealer with our 4 kids, we knew exactly what we were looking for and sent all the information I had requested ahead of time. When we arrived at the dealer with our 4 kids, we were greated promply by Joel and shown where the kids could play if they wanted. This gave my wife and I tme to deceide which color and close the sale with Adam. Adam was a super nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He helped my wife and I sync our phones and walk through some of the new features of the new Odyssey. It was a great buying experience. Highly recommend working with these gentlemen. More
