Could not identify the problem of car I have 2015 Honda Accord. Few weeks ago had starting problem. Took the car there 2 times. One time left there for 4 days to check everything. Last sai I have 2015 Honda Accord. Few weeks ago had starting problem. Took the car there 2 times. One time left there for 4 days to check everything. Last said, we can try to change battery. I Agreed under one condition, if it is not battery, need money back. I took to local Grismer and they fixed in few minutes. Certified Honda mechanic couldn’t figure out. I went there to buy another pilot, because of this incident, I went different dealer. More

I didn't think service could get much better. I picked up a screw in a tire on my Accord near the dealership so I went to see Dan at the service center. I am on Oxygen 24/7 for 2 months because of having pneumonia the last of November. Zoe Culbreath was my Service Advisor and I couldn't have had anyone that was nicer or more helpful. She talked to the Certified Technician, J. Brown and between the two of them my CR-V was completed in a very professional manner that included their complete multi-point inspection. They had me headed back to Urbana in half the time that I had expected.. I am a very happy customer and they both get 5 stars .
