Outstanding Service -- Dan Danner Took my 2013 Pilot in for an Oil Change and possible front end recall. The recalled part was fine, however they identified the Front Drivers Wheel Be Took my 2013 Pilot in for an Oil Change and possible front end recall. The recalled part was fine, however they identified the Front Drivers Wheel Bearing needed replacement; which was under extended warranty. After fixing that, they they took it for a test drive and identified a noise at approx 30 MPH. Turned out it need a new Transmission, also under extended warranty. They brought me in gave me a 2017 Pilot loner to use during the repairs. I have always had awesome service there, and always use Mr. Dan Danner as my service manager. He is straight forward and has always taken good care of me. I recently brought a friend their who was looking for a Honda mechanic and let her know i trust Dan implicitly. More

Fast friendly service, top notch Called another Honda dealer for a recall service on Jan 18..they said next available was July 3, got off phone and called Germain Honda of Beavercreek Called another Honda dealer for a recall service on Jan 18..they said next available was July 3, got off phone and called Germain Honda of Beavercreek, spoke with Natasha (super friendly) got me in the next day.. Wow.. From arrival to exit was a pleasant experience. Needless to say there's no reason to ever call that other dealer again, being a safety recall you'd think they would expedite this service, well Germain did! Apparently my safety wasn't a priority at other dealer. I own 3 Hondas and will definitely drive a little further for speedy, quality, pleasant service! Also other dealer needed car all day, at Germain they did it in an hour while I waited.. Hmmmm, easy decision here! More
