Excellent customer service. Jheni Felix was amazing to work with. She is very communicative and kind. Jheni made the experience uncomplicated and made us feel like we were her friends. We had a new car within 5 days of contacting the dealership and speaking to her. The dealership itself was very clean and modern (it's a shame they're knocking it down and rebuilding). We got a great deal and the finance department and James Howald were really easy to work with. We've had bad experiences at other dealerships where everyone is rude and just does the bare minimum to get their paychecks but this was the complete opposite experience. Next time we need a car, Germain Honda of Dublin and specifically, Jheni Felix will be our first call. More

I'm always willing to drive a few hours for the vehicle that matches our criteria and is a good deal. I was able to coordinate everything over the phone or online with their team: the out-the-door price, confirming the condition of the vehicle, getting financing set up, and scheduling a pickup time. I didn't have a trade, so I'm sure that made it a bit easier, but once I arrived and verified the condition of the vehicle, we quickly moved to paperwork. The finance team had everything ready, didn't hit me with any pushy upsells, and got me back on the road for the long drive home quickly, which was very much appreciated. More
