I bought a used Honda Odyssey 2013 car from a Germain Honda of Dublin 6715, SAWMILL ROAD DUBLIN, OHIO 43017, on the basis that it is a good car that does not complain about anything. The salesperson confirmed to me that the car has no problems. After completing the procedures for buying and exiting the car, i discovered that driving the car on the public road is not safety at all, as when braking, the car vibrates from the front as well as the steering wheel. I came back to them, they gave me the inspection date on Thursday at 6:00 am and they received the car from me and I stayed there waiting for it to go out until 8:00 am without them doing anything. The technician told me I can go and I will call you during the day to see what we can do about this. I went to work and I didn't receive any convincing response, so I came back to them after work and they gave me a second appointment on Friday at 6:00 am where I was there on time and I was surprised by the same technician telling me why I came I have nothing to do for your car and I think it's not safe to drive it, and that the sales department did not inform me of anything related to you car, so go now. Imagine buying an unsafe car from the international Honda company and feeling regretful and that the seller agent who bought you the car cheated because you thought you were dealing with a reliable company and not with a car owner seller you met through one of the social media platforms. Now I'm in danger every day I go to work, I risk my life and the lives of others as well, it's to underestimate people's minds, but more than that, it's hurting people and making them vulnerable to road risks. It's greed. More
