Terrific Customer Service Scot Staats & Germain Dealership were tremendous. Germain was the only dealership in Ohio that had the color of CRV Trim that I wanted however with me Scot Staats & Germain Dealership were tremendous. Germain was the only dealership in Ohio that had the color of CRV Trim that I wanted however with me living 98 miles away I was not sure I wanted to make the drive & I was concerned the opportunity to purchase this vehicle had passed but Scot came through by returning my call although he was done with his shift for the day after I decided to make the drive to look at vehicle. After our discussion he made sure the vehicle was still available and he made sure the car was not sold until my appointment the next morning. Once I arrived, the car was sitting out and ready for me to look at & test drive. Scot made sure the minor concerns I had were fixed. He did not apply any pressure to purchase the vehicle which was refreshing as most salesman I have dealt with apply maximum pressure which in turn makes you not want to return to a dealership. Ultimately with the great car buying experience at Germain with Scot running point I will look to Germain first when I am in the market for my next car even with the distance I have to travel. More
