Bought my 2rd Honda 04/20/2020 Nice location, great people. Covid has caused some issues with the purchase of my vehicle and the complete delivery. My certified pre owned car was supposed to come with the manuals but they were not in the glove box. I called Jheni and she said she would put them in the mail. She did send me a link to use for some of the functions of the car. I never received them. I texted her and she said they needed to reorder the manuals and she would get them to me. I finally ordered through Honda Owners and received my manuals 06/05/2020 but not cover package. I emailed Jheni to let her know I received manuals through Honda Owners.
