It was my first time making a big purchase without my husband beside me since he’s at work and we were hoping to have a good experience that didn’t feel like we were given the run around or feeling small and we weren’t being taken seriously which happened a lot while in the process of looking for a vehicle Matt gave us the exact opposite experience. He was very personable and made us feel like we were long time friends made us feel very comfortable with all the process We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we will be longtime customers because of this. He make sure the car was clean and ready to go and got my van on the same day i went there for test drive. Thanks to financing as well for an overall great and efficient experience. Keep Coming Back Yes - I do love Honda vehicles, but let's face it. There are a lot of Honda dealerships out there that I could go to. And yes, Germain is the closes Yes - I do love Honda vehicles, but let's face it. There are a lot of Honda dealerships out there that I could go to. And yes, Germain is the closest to my home, but I do think they go out of their way to make my purchase or lease deals as easy as possible. And their service department is quick and thorough. I have purchased a car - and now leased three vehicles. My most recent salesperson was Derek Barnes, and I cannot say enough how accomodating he was to us. He worked to get me in the payment range I wanted, and he even came in on his day off when I picked up my car to make sure I was taken care of. How's that for service? Thanks, Derek! More

Bought my 2rd Honda 04/20/2020 Nice location, great people. Covid has caused some issues with the purchase of my vehicle and the complete delivery. My certified pre owned car was supposed to come with the manuals but they were not in the glove box. I called Jheni and she said she would put them in the mail. She did send me a link to use for some of the functions of the car. I never received them. I texted her and she said they needed to reorder the manuals and she would get them to me. I finally ordered through Honda Owners and received my manuals 06/05/2020 but not cover package. I emailed Jheni to let her know I received manuals through Honda Owners. Just a little frustrating trying to learn a new car and technology More
