Our main concern currently was that the control arm broke and the vehicle was in need of a new axle and alignment only a couple months after purchase. We were soon aware of the issue after we received the vehicle and this was confirmed after taking it to a repair shop we often use. The repair shop confirmed that there was damage to the front suspension and said it was thoroughly worn on both sides well beyond what you normally would see on a car of that mileage. It shows on the Carfax the Germain service department did check the steering and suspension before releasing the car to us and so I am confused why we were not made aware of this condition? Frank told us that Germain “paid the guys in the service department commission to find problems so we would be getting a car in good condition”. We took comfort in these words and the reputation of Germain but it seems like we really received the treatment you would get from a no name, side of the road car lot. When confronted later about the issues the salesman stated that the problems fell within the "acceptable" range of damage for sale, how comforting. I would like to add that a number of other factual claims made by the sales person related the cars history were also completely contrived. He stated the car was one owner(it was 2), he said it was purchased originally at Germain(it was not) and said it was just a one owner trade in for a new SUV purchase all of which were inaccurate. When asked about this on the phone he said that he would have been reading directly from the Carfax but interestingly enough he did not have the Carfax. Also he said that all this information would have been in the Carfax the dealership supplied us at the time of the sale. Once again, what Carfax? The one Not found in our purchase packet. Great job Germain. I only learned about the history by purchasing our own Carfax something we should have done in the beginning but we thought Germain was reputable and a dealership that could be trusted. This is what it states on their website "we are wholly committed to customer satisfaction and service"...but this is far from the truth More

Our salesperson would not return our calls, the service department had the car for over 24hrs with no phone call to us (it has been in 3 times already), and the manager of used car sales thought this was all acceptable. Save yourself time and expense and shop elsewhere. More

Stealing Sales I have dealt with Jordan Moore for the last 3yrs and absolutely recommend him as a salesman I would trust to have my best interest. With that said, I I have dealt with Jordan Moore for the last 3yrs and absolutely recommend him as a salesman I would trust to have my best interest. With that said, I recently emailed Jordan RE a preowned car for my son, I gave him my sons specifications. He within minutes emailed me back with several options that match what my son was shopping for, asking me to reach out if we wanted to see anything. I sent the link that was provided by Jordan to my son, after review it, he texted me back re his interest in a 2013 Ford Explorer and said that he was going to look at it after work. I gave him Jordan's first and last name along with contact info. He later texted me that he was at the lot and was about to take the car for a test drive. Later that night he came by to show me his purchase. I asked him how his experience with Jordan was, he was like "I didnt deal with him, I was told that they didnt have a Jordan working there." (nor did the salesman put out any effort to confirm this) The salesman that told him this was Scott Staats. WHO GOT A SALE FOR VIRTUALLY DOING NOTHING! WHAT?!! The following day, I emailed Jordan asking if there were different salesman for New cars vs Pre-owned. He said yes, but they will not have a problem with him selling us a pre-owned since we have had past dealings and asked when would my son like to come in. I explained that he had been in the previous night and the circumstances surrounding it. Jordan told me that he had been there all evening. I expressed my frustration in that my son only came to Honda because of the link that HE had taken time to search and send (NOT SCOTT) and that we were under the impression that we would be dealing with him since I trust Jordan as a salesman. I later received an email from Jordan that the sale issue had been resolved, to which I am grateful. HOWEVER, I would NEVER recommend Scott Staats as a trustworthy salesman or co-worker for that matter. More so a "SALE STEALER". More
