Great service from Kelly I recently bought a use Honda Odyssey from your dealership at Sawmill and Kelly did a fantastic job to help me as a customer. He take good care of me I recently bought a use Honda Odyssey from your dealership at Sawmill and Kelly did a fantastic job to help me as a customer. He take good care of me and wife during the visit and show us all the car as we requested. He also check in with us many times while we are waiting on the finance just to make sure we are fine. After all he still follow up with me on the due bill service after few days to confirm the service date. I really appreciate his service and hospitality as a sales person and he truly show that he care for his consumer! More

Very good experience overall I went in to Germain looking for a used honda civic for my daughter and when I looked online I couldn't help but notice the size of the inventory and I went in to Germain looking for a used honda civic for my daughter and when I looked online I couldn't help but notice the size of the inventory and the prices were very good, typically below blue book value. We started off communicating with Kayla Wicker, she was very helpful at starting to narrow down our car search, then she referred me to Kelly Hettinga since Kayla was strictly in the internet dept. Kelly was very nice, very professional, and patient, especially since we weren't 100% sure of the year or miles we were looking for. We found what we wanted and met Ryan Cox, he was very nice and straight forward with the pricing and didn't give us a hard time when we wanted to leave to think it over. We came back to purchase the car the following day and met James in finance, and I have to say, that was the most pleasant experience that I have had in a dealership finance department. He was polite, very quick, answered all questions and before we knew it we were out the door. I will gladly do business with Germain Honda again but I was very impressed with James and how much he seemed to respect our time. More

Great working with him and would refer him to anyone! We also worked with Jerry in Finance, great to work with, even when we had some kinks in the road to make it work. Everyone was very friendly and patient with us due to our injuries from our accident which I greatly appreciated. After looking for a new vehicle for 2 weeks at various dealerships, they didn't take into account that we needed to sit for a few minutes to rest and didn't make us walk all over the lot to look at various cars. More
