Everyone was very friendly and patient with us due to our injuries from our accident which I greatly appreciated. After looking for a new vehicle for 2 weeks at various dealerships, they didn't take into account that we needed to sit for a few minutes to rest and didn't make us walk all over the lot to look at various cars. More

Looked Honda Odyssey I was signed up via there fair market trade for my van printed out my confirmation letter for my trade in, scheduled an appointment to meet with sales I was signed up via there fair market trade for my van printed out my confirmation letter for my trade in, scheduled an appointment to meet with sales person. I was greeted by Kelly, he listened to what I was looking for, helped me find a 2016 Honda Odyssey. A few he showed me were not what I was looking for but we were able to find the perfect van and took it for a spin and buy it. There was no pressure to buy, no games playing with pricing. We drove almost a hour to buy a vehicle and I am glad I did! Sales manager and Kelly were great to work with. I will be referring. Kelly to anyone who is the market for a pre-owned vehicle. More

This was the first car I have ever bought, and he helped me to understand more about the general process that goes into it and answered all of my questions, He kept in contact with me when I told him I would need more time to think. I ended up buying with Matt as I changed my mind on what vehicle I wanted and he was wonderful. He did his best to make sure that the car I wanted to look at did not walk off the lot before I got to see it. After my test drive I had a few concerns and Matt not only talked through them with me, he added additional maintenance onto the car before I picked it up with out raising the price at all to ensure it was up to the Germain Honda standard.
