I was greeted by Kelly, he listened to what I was looking for, helped me find a 2016 Honda Odyssey. A few he showed me were not what I was looking for but we were able to find the perfect van and took it for a spin and buy it. There was no pressure to buy, no games playing with pricing. We drove almost a hour to buy a vehicle and I am glad I did! Sales manager and Kelly were great to work with. I will be referring. Kelly to anyone who is the market for a pre-owned vehicle. More

Considerate and attentive people. I worked with both Isaiah and Matt looking at two separate cars. Although I ultimately ended up purchasing the second car I looked at with Matt, Isaia I worked with both Isaiah and Matt looking at two separate cars. This was the first car I have ever bought, and he helped me to understand more about the general process that goes into it and answered all of my questions, He kept in contact with me when I told him I would need more time to think. I ended up buying with Matt as I changed my mind on what vehicle I wanted and he was wonderful. He did his best to make sure that the car I wanted to look at did not walk off the lot before I got to see it. After my test drive I had a few concerns and Matt not only talked through them with me, he added additional maintenance onto the car before I picked it up with out raising the price at all to ensure it was up to the Germain Honda standard. Sales manager came over an expressed they wouldn’t come down on price because the car was going to sell no matter what then pretty much asked me to leave. You want a Honda, go to a different dealership because that’s what the sales manager will tell you to do! Buying a car is not a fun experience to begin with, Why deal with people that want to belittle you and talk down to you. As our Sales Consultant explained multiple times prior to you arriving at the dealership, we do not allow test drives on the Type R and it is a nonnegotiable vehicle. These vehicles are highly sought-after race cars, and prospective buyers do not wish for their new vehicle to have test drive miles on them. Aside from the test drive, the Type R is priced to move for the demand as it is a limited production vehicle.
