Best dealership experience ever I was skeptical about looking for a car at a dealership. We have had bad experiences in the past with shady car salesmen. We needed a reasonably price I was skeptical about looking for a car at a dealership. We have had bad experiences in the past with shady car salesmen. We needed a reasonably priced, sound, safe, reliable car for our daughter before she starts college in the Fall. Thank goodness we were lucky enough to find Jheni Felix. From the start we felt at ease with her. She was friendly, understanding to our situation, wants and needs. Honesty and integrity were obvious characteristics she posses. Her scope of knowledge about the cars we were looking at was far beyond any sales person we have dealt with in the past. We can’t say enough nice things about her and the experience we had finding the right car for our child. Used car salesman Kelly Hettinga was Awesome. Looked online at their inventory went in and bought the 2010 Honda Accord that I liked. Kelly met us at the door was ver Kelly Hettinga was Awesome. Kelly met us at the door was very helpful, we took a test drive but their was a couple of issues that needed fixed. Kelly scheduled us in and a small chip in window turned out unrepairable so we got a new windshield. It had a slight vibration in the frontend and still does after service said it was fixed. While we was there for roughly 2 hours he offered to buy lunch. So I would totally recommend Kelly for all of your used car needs because he's honest and you don't find that in every salesman. Sevice department not so much because I still has a small vibration. We will get that squared away soon. I like Kelly because he's a no pressure salesman. More

He will do whatever is in his power to assist in making sure you walk away happy with the right deal, if you have a lease you are turning in, he will assist to make sure you are taking care of any issues with the car so that you are not in a hole with the finance company. Marcello Frustaci , Tom's Mgr and him work well in tandem to make sure they come up with deals and those repeat customers are treated with that value. This is superior customer service from both those gentleman. I filled out the application, received a call back within the hour, the car was confirmed on the lot, and later that evening I walked in test drive the car, signed a few pieces of paper, talked to the financial department (very nice man) and walked out with my keys and a washed car.
