Great customer service I generally hate dealing with used car salesmen. We had a great experience buying a used car with Kelly H, though. He was very friendly and respectful I generally hate dealing with used car salesmen. We had a great experience buying a used car with Kelly H, though. He was very friendly and respectful, showed us the extensive maintenance history on the car, and even addressed the three minor issues that our mechanic pointed out. The price was fair and there was no sales pressure. The finance director (I forget his name) was also great--he helped us understand all the paperwork and told us how to transfer the plates off another car that we're junking. Overall a wonderful experience--5 stars. I would come back here in the future. More

Mehdi Lalani in the Service Department was Great! I took my vehicle in for the 30k miles servicing and Mehdi helped me. He was courteous and professional, and let me know the expectations of the servi I took my vehicle in for the 30k miles servicing and Mehdi helped me. He was courteous and professional, and let me know the expectations of the service. The vehicle seemed fine when I picked it up later that day. Two days later, my vehicle had issues starting. I reached out to Mehdi again, he let me know I was still within warranty. He coordinated having my car towed and squeezing my vehicle into the schedule to get serviced that same day. I am very grateful for Medhi and the rest of the staff in the service department for helping me out. I will definitely look to continue my relationship with Germain Honda of Dublin! More
