My wife and I talked on the way home and then again today about how smooth and effortless the process was. We feel great about our purchase for few reasons. We worked with Kevin Larivee, who was very open and honest about everything. There was no haggling, no corners cut in the customer service. Because we were coming from a ways away he went and looked at the van before we drove up, so there were no surprises. When we got to the dealership he was helping another customer but got us the keys so we could go on a test drive. On the test drive we noticed the car pulled a little one way and a broken tail light. When we told Kevin about this he had both of them fixed while we were signing the papers. Very easy, there was never any resistance through the whole process. Overall, we had a great experience and the whole process was very stress free (unlike some other dealerships we had worked with). I would recommend anyone to this dealership and to work with Kevin!
