Easy and relaxed. Worked with me on concerns immediately Came in to check out a Subaru Impreza. Was immediately impressed with Kevin's relaxed attitude. This was a refreshing experience compared to other dealerships where the sales agent hung around and was constantly pushing about details around finance etc. Took the car to my mechanic and had them inspect it. Turned out the alternator belt needed to be replaced and the tires were looking a bit rough. Returned and Kevin immediately agreed to replace the belt and we reached a compromise on the tires. Whole process was smooth and easy! More
