Great Experience I have done business with Germain Honda of Dublin in the past. I have also done business with Honda of Marysville. Both dealerships are equal distan I have done business with Germain Honda of Dublin in the past. I have also done business with Honda of Marysville. Both dealerships are equal distance from my house. The difference for me, since I like both locations, was the sales person. Marysville was good experience however Tom at Germain was excellent. If I need another Honda, I will be going to him. More

Used Car Purchase This was my first time financing a car, and as such I was very thorough and put in a lot of research. I was very careful (as one should be) when purchasing. Mark met with me 3 times over the course of 4 days while I researched options, test drove, and decided on the car I wanted. He talked me through my financing options, and helped get my interest rate down drastically as a first time buyer with good credit. I bought around the holiday season which is a busy time, but he kept in contact with me, followed up without being pushy, and was easy to get ahold of. I looked at other cars but couldn't pass up the deal and the quality of the car I ended up purchasing, and they made it a fairly easy process. Update: I have had the car less than two weeks, and the check engine light came on. I am now needing a replacement part for the engine under light use of the vehicle. Luckily, it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, but I feel as though this is should have been caught during inspection by Germain Honda (This is why I bumped the quality of work down). More

Customer Service Multiple visits to fix same problem, which after 2 different 'repairs' and over $1,000 is still not remedied. Tried to contact the manager multiple t Multiple visits to fix same problem, which after 2 different 'repairs' and over $1,000 is still not remedied. Tried to contact the manager multiple times (over a multi-week period of time) prior to receiving a returned communication. Dealership unwilling to stand behind the work performed to date that has resulted in the problem continuing. There were conversations about parts and workmanship warranties, however unless it is failing on the service floor they can't obtain proof, though no diagnostics were offered. Was informed that this proof is needed to get honda corp to warranty out any faulty parts and that otherwise they wouldn't tear into the vehicle because no one was signing up to cover the cost. Was also told that it wasn't about the money as it only takes about 5 mins to tear those particular parts off. If that's the case and parts were under $100, what was the other $600+ on fix #2? Very frustrating situation... hands are never tied, you can always go beyond the minimum standards of what you're obligated by policy to do to take care of the customer. Instead we received unsympathetic references to 'in my 24 years in the business' over and over and over... and of course no real remedy. Maybe it's because there's less focus on understanding the mechanics and more focus on selling 'fixes'. More
