He allows you to make decisions on your own terms and doesn’t bother you with calls, emails, and so on. He’s always willing to go the extra step to help find answers to your questions. We also appreciate that Chris considers you a customer and cares for your needs beyond the initial purchase. We refer friends and family to Chris if they are looking to purchase a Honda. The financing department and service department were not quite up to par with the service Chris provided, but not deal breakers for purchasing another vehicle from Chris or Honda, we just hope for better service in the near future as far as the service department is concerned. More
