Terrible experience! After months of staying in contact waiting for a specific vehicle, it finally came in one night. I dropped what I was doing and headed straight over. After months of staying in contact waiting for a specific vehicle, it finally came in one night. I dropped what I was doing and headed straight over. I gave it a once over that night and wanted to come back in a morning for a full inspection - afterall, who buys a used vehicle in the dark without a chance to inspect in daylight? Ryan refused to let me return in the morning. He pushed for the purchase to happen right then. Again, who buys a used vehicle at night without an opportunity to inspect the vehicle?, I asked. I could not believe after months of waiting and checking in, Ryan was pushing for a purchase right then and there. This went on for 10 minutes and I could hear Ryan through the phone (he was talking loud enough). “If she wants it, she needs to buy it now” is what I heard at one point. I was so shocked. I made the heart-aching decision to walk away. I was contacted by customer services to ask to come back in to resolve the issue. I agreed as the vehicle was supposed to be there. However, the vehicle was sold before I arrived. To worsen the matter even more, that afternoon I received a phone call from Ryan Cox who, not only tried to belittle me, but also proceeded to argue, raise his voice, did not apologize or show any concern for what had happened. The best word to describe my experience is "bullying" and I refused to be bullied. More

Painless I had a car on hold at a competitor but on a whim called Germain. Mark Snider answered the call and told me to come in. He had 2 cars ready to drive. He broke any and all negative stereotypes of car salesmen. We also utilized the services of Jonathan in finance. He was great! He was awesome! Mark and Jon were very down to earth, fun, and maintained extreme professionlism. Both gentlemen stayed late into the night working hard to make sure we walked out of there with what we wanted.
